Strategic Objectives Interfaith Network

On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, the Interfaith Network, City of Greater Dandenong, Executive Committee ratified the organization’s Strategic Objectives, 2024 -2027.

The Strategic Objectives has been developed with consideration to:

• Our vision.
• Our values.
• Expressed needs and identified opportunities of our members.
• Internal systems development and capacity building.
• Identified partnership opportunities including collaborating with other Interfaith Networks, non-government organizations, and broader community.
• Our ongoing funding partnership with the City of Greater Dandenong and
• Guided by our vision and values, securing new opportunities and partnerships to expand our presence and impact across the City of Greater Dandenong.

The 5 Strategic Objectives are supported by an Implementation Plan inclusive of identified actions and deliverables.

This said, the Plan enables for additional actions to be ‘built in,’ as required, for example, in response to changes in the external environment that may have an impact on the Network.

As President, I thank the Executive Committee and others who have contributed to the development of the Strategic Objectives and Implementation Plan 2024-2027 and with the support of our IFN Staff look forward to sharing with you all our ongoing progress.
