School Tours
These tours are offered throughout the year; bookings are essential, and the tours are open to Primary and Secondary Schools within the City of Greater Dandenong. Our school tours are often connected to the year and or subject curriculum as well as student development and growth.
School tours include an IFN Tour Guide and the Places of Worship Information Resource.
Important information:
Please note that the school is responsible for organising all transport including travel between tour locations.
We can accommodate up to 80 participants per tour. For groups over 80, you will need to book a second tour on an alternative day.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a tour by an organisation or by an individual guest 14 days prior or more to the tour, monies paid are refunded minus 30% administration fee. Where possible, IFN will work with the organisation, individual to reschedule another tour date, within a 6-month period, however the 30% administration fee may still apply for costs incurred by IFN, including booked transportation costs, catering etc.
Cancellation of a tour by an organisation or by an individual guest within 7 days prior to the tour, monies paid are refunded minus 50% administration fee. Where possible, IFN will work with the organisation, individual to reschedule another tour date, within a 6-month period, however the 50% administration fee may still apply for costs incurred by IFN, including booked transportation costs, catering, etc.
No refunds or credits will be offered for tours cancelled 48 hours of the confirmed tour.
Any changes to confirmed tours may incur additional charges and no changes can be made less than 7 days prior to the day.
If attendees do not attend the tour without prior notice, no refund or credit will be offered.
Places of Worship Tours
A learning and connection experience like no other
In collaboration with our Faith and Spiritual Leaders, the Interfaith Network offers a unique opportunity to visit local Places of Worship and connect with a Faith Leader and, or a Community Member from the visited place of Worship with the aim of discovering and learning something new of their:
- Values
- Beliefs
- Practices; and their
- Service and work undertaken within their local communities

Our IFN Staff and Volunteer Tour Guides are highly committed, experienced, and skilled individuals. In addition, our IFN Staff and Volunteers also hold a current Working with Children Check and have attended relevant Child Safe Training.
