IFN, City of Greater Dandenong was delighted to be part of the Interfaith Network Monash, NAIDOC Week celebrations.
The event held on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, bought together community members to listen to the voices of our First Nations people and to reflect on their shared stories. As community members, we felt deeply privileged to hear the individual and shared stories and were reminded of the importance of walking together towards reconciliation. Guests were invited to join in singing and share a wonderful meal together. IFN City of Greater Dandenong, Vice President, Anita Davine, addressed guests and provided a review off the book ‘Rabbit Proof Fence’ by Doris Pilkington Garimara. IFN City of Greater Dandenong thanks IFN Monash for all their efforts in hosting such a wonderful community event.
